DEPOSIT POLICY

 

Rest assured your privacy is just as important to me as my safety and comfort. My business and professional reputation has nothing to gain by misusing your information. Your information is kept securely and is erased after our booking goes well. I have been in this industry for 27 years, I'm not going to get rich and leave the country by stealing your deposit. Deposits show respect for my time and commitment to your booking.

Accepted deposit methods are:

* Pay ID transfer - my mobile - 0487341241
* Instant bank deposit via Commonwealth Smart ATM - Details sent at time of booking

* Osko instant bank transfer - Details sent at time of booking

* Bank transfer is allowed when booking at least 3 business days in advance or from a CBA account

TOURS: Tour pre bookings require a deposit of $100.  Longer bookings may require a 50% deposit.

Tours & Fly Me To You deposits are non-refundable unless I cancel the booking or tour.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your booking, it must be done no later than 48 hours before your booking. This is also subject to my availability. Bookings can only be rescheduled once or deposit is forfeited.

There are NO refunds or discounts for a FAILED health check, but an alternative safe service will be on offer. Your sexual health is your responsibility, so please ensure you see your doctor regularly for STI screening (every 3 months is recommended) even if you are in a long-term relationship. See your doctor if you have any visual or physical symptoms.
